Agreement

By accessing or using D8Zero's website or progressive web app (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

D8Zero offers tools and information related to in-person social events for singles, currently focused on a Helsinki pilot. Features may change, be delayed, or be unavailable. We do not guarantee any minimum level of service or any particular event schedule.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to use the Service under the laws that apply to you and meet any age requirements we publish for events.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, defraud, or harm other people on or off the platform.
• Scrape, overload, or attack our systems, or circumvent security or access controls.
• Upload malware or unlawful content, or misuse others' personal data you obtain through the Service.
• Use the Service for spam, impersonation, or commercial solicitation without our written permission.

Events and third parties

Venues and partners are third parties. Your interactions at events are your own responsibility. Read venue rules, drink responsibly, and prioritize your safety. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of other participants, venues, or third-party services.

Intellectual property

The Service, branding, and content we provide are owned by D8Zero or our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use in line with these Terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, D8Zero and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of fifty euros (€50) or what you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (if anything).

Changes and termination

We may modify these Terms or stop offering the Service. We will post updates here and, where appropriate, give notice in the product. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or risk to others.

Governing law

Unless mandatory consumer laws in your country say otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, and courts in Helsinki may have jurisdiction. Nothing limits rights you cannot waive under mandatory law.
